Freak Out Hot Spots Hollywood 1966 Freak Out Productions Map Print
The 1966 ‘Freak Out Hot Spots!’ map of Hollywood and West Hollywood from Freak Out Productions. A vintage counterculture street map with sardonic annotations.
Description
The ‘Freak Out Hot Spots!’ map, copyright 1966 by Freak Out Productions — the street map tucked inside Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention’s debut album Freak Out! It charts Sunset Strip hot spots, ‘ghettos’ and landmarks with wry counterculture commentary. A landmark piece of rock ephemera for Zappa fans and LA history buffs.
