Klaus Kinski as Fitzcarraldo hauling a steamboat over a Peruvian mountain in this dramatic German theatrical poster. An epic of obsession by Werner Herzog.
Description
This original German Fitzcarraldo poster features the film’s legendary centerpiece: Kinski’s riverboat being dragged over the Amazon jungle, with Claudia Cardinale among the billed cast. Werner Herzog’s tale of a mad opera lover conquering the wilderness is rendered in sweeping painted detail. A standout for arthouse collectors and fans of one of cinema’s most ambitious productions.
