Grey Gardens Original 1975 Movie Poster Big and Little Edie Beale Art
The original movie poster for the Maysles Brothers documentary shows Big Edie in furs before the crumbling Grey Gardens mansion. A beloved portrait of cult documentary cinema.
Description
This is the original theatrical poster for the 1975 Maysles Brothers film Grey Gardens. It features Edith Bouvier Beale in her fur coat standing before the overgrown Grey Gardens estate, with vintage credits and the Paris theater on Fifth Avenue at Fifty-Eighth Street listed for now playing. The London Sunday Times quote calls it one of the most beautiful films ever. An essential piece for documentary and classic cinema collectors.
