Description
This is the celebrated 1983 photomontage by Peter Kennard, credited at the print’s edge, asking “COULD YOU STOMACH THIS?” above a chilling collage of a helmeted soldier in a gas mask with missiles clamped in his teeth. One of the most reproduced protest images of the Cold War era, it remains a powerful anti-war statement. Essential for collectors of political and protest art.
